Orders are shipped on Wednesdays and Fridays. Shipping deadlines are at noon the day before the ship date.

Orders are shipped by UPS by default unless otherwise specified.

Shipping costs can only estimated. We do not mark up shipping, simply pass it on to you. If you have a UPS, FedEx or DHL account, we are more than happy to use it.

We accept most digital formats including: cdr, pds, ai, pdg, flexi, jpg, tiff etc. If it’s not on this list, just ask. We will work with what you have.

We understand many files are larger than email providers can handle. We recommend file sending sites like http://www.yousendit.com for situations like this.

We print what you send. We expect all files to be converted to outlines/curves, print ready and spell checked.
